How to play

This is a game for two people, played by passing the keyboard and mouse, or controller, between you.

The gameplay is fairly simple: You and your opponent both have a team of three pieces which you move around a board.

Each player has a piece representing them (indicated by the crown) and two minions. Your goal is to defeat the other player's piece while keeping your own piece alive. On your turn, each of the pieces in your party can either move or use a skill.

To move: Press the 'move' button and select a free tile to move to. Pieces can move up, down, left, right, and diagonally, but can't move through pieces. You might not be able to move as far as you think you can!
To attack: Press 'skill' and select an attack! Different attacks will have different ranges and effects that can be previewed when selecting your character.
Different types of pieces will have different movement speeds and skills.
